Public Party Options
- Wednesdays - 12:00pm-3:00pm (summer only*)
- Fridays - 12:00pm-3:00pm (summer only*) AND 6:00pm-9:00pm
- Saturdays - 12:00pm-3:00pm, 1:30pm-4:30pm, 3:00pm-6:00pm, 4:30pm-7:30pm, 6:00pm-9:00pm
- Sundays - 12:00pm-3:00pm, 1:30pm-4:30pm
Wednesday and Friday afternoon options (12-3pm) are only available during Summer break. Summer break is determined by the Poudre School District Calendar.
Private Options ("Exclusive Packets" AND "DIY" Packet)
- Saturday - 10am-12pm
- Sunday - 10am-12pm, 5:30pm-7:30pm
**Birthday person is included in number of participants.

A card fee of 3% percent is added to card transactions. To avoid this fee, please bring cash. We also have an ATM on sight. All prices on this page reflect the cash price. (The price before the 3% card fee).
Public Party Options
- Your host will prepare the party area, serve the food and handle clean-up
- The party area is a 1-hour reservation. It’s during the middle hour of the 3-hour event (so the second hour).
- First hour is check-in and skating and playing; Second hour is in the party area and more structured; Third hour is skating and playing
- Additional large pizzas and additional beverage pitchers may be purchased
- Reminder: public parties come with a 1-hour party area rental in which pizza and your cake are served by your personal host.
Exclusive Party Options (Private)
- We provide the DJ and you’ll have a host to set-up, serve food, and clean-up
- Additional large pizzas and additional beverage pitchers may be purchased
DIY (Private)
- The DIY is a simple facility rental; You would handle the place settings and all food/beverage items. With this option, you can have it catered or do your own outside food and drink. We do not provide any food for this option
- If you’d like to use your own place settings and theme, then this may be the option for you
- The rink is all yours for a total of 2 hours! (Additional time may be available at an additional cost)
- We provide the DJ. However, this party does not come with a host
- Includes skating and skate rental; additional attractions may be added at an additional cost
- This is a great option for large birthday parties and group events!!!
Facility Status and Time
- Public status means the event is held during our public skating hours
- Private parties are outside of public skating hours. No other groups are using the facility and your party gets use of the *general snack bar area; (For private parties only, additional time may be available at an additional cost.)
Participants versus Non-participants
- Participants are typically the children – skaters; for the Public options and the Exclusive options, participants also receive 12 arcade tokens
- Non-participants are typically non-skaters (parents; relatives - generally anyone spectating only); Non-participants are not charged to spectate
Outside Food Policy
For Public birthday options
If you book a Public Birthday Party option, then you may bring in cake or cupcakes to be served in the party area. NO OTHER FOOD AND NO BEVERAGES MAY BE BROUGHT IN. Upon check-in, our staff will store these food items until time for the 1-hour party area rental. Our staff will then hold these items again after that 1-hour reserved in the party area
For Exclusive birthday options
You would provide the cake. If you’d like to bring additional food/drink, to accompany the pizza that we provide, you are welcome to do so!!
***Cake
- Rollerland does not provide cake for any of our party packets
- Only private parties can have cake in the *general snack bar area
- You must book a party packet to be allowed to bring a cake
- During open/public skating hours, outside food is not allowed in the open snack bar or public areas of our facility. So, public party groups must keep the cake in the party area that is reserved for the middle hour
