Public Party Options
- Fridays: 6:00pm-9:00pm
- Saturday - Sunday: Open availability
***We also have availability during most School Out Skates and during the Summer Schedule when we have weekday public skating hours, we follow the Poudre School District calendar.
Private Options ("Exclusive Packets" AND "DIY" Packet)
- Saturday: 10am-12pm
- Sunday: 10am-12pm, 5:30pm-7:30pm
**Birthday person is included in number of participants.
*All options include skate rental for participants
Public Party Options
- Your host will prepare the party area, serve the food and handle clean-up
- We also provide skate themed place settings, as well as utensils and tablecloth set-up
- The party area is a 1-hour reservation, the middle hour of the 3-hour event.
- First hour is check-in and skating and playing; Second hour is in the party area and more structured; Third hour is skating and playing
- Additional large pizzas and additional beverage pitchers may be purchased
- We offer a discounted rate for parents that would like to skate, but are not participating in other attractions, nor receiving game play
- There is a capacity limit of 22 people with Public Party packets; this includes any children participants as well as adult/parent spectators. We recommend no more than 14 children to make room for family members that are spectating (i.e. grandma and grandpa) and parents attending to supervise their children. So, add the children, family members and supervising adults and this number should be 22 people or less

Exclusive Party Options (Private)
- We provide the DJ and you'll have a host to set-up, serve food, and clean-up
- We also provide skate themed place settings, as well as utensils and tablecloth set-up
- Additional large pizzas and additional beverage pitchers may be purchased
- We offer a discounted rate for parents that would like to skate, but are not participating in other attractions, nor receiving gameplay
- The rink is all yours for a total of 2 hours! (Additional time may be available at an additional cost); dependent on availability
DIY (Private)
- The DIY is a simple facility rental; You would handle the place settings and all food/beverage items. With this option, you can have it catered or do your own outside food and drink. We do not provide any food for this option
- If you'd like to use your own place settings and theme, then this may be the option for you
- The rink is all yours for a total of 2 hours! (Additional time may be available at an additional cost); dependent on availability
- We provide the DJ. However, this party does not come with a host
- Includes skating and skate rental; additional attractions may be added at an additional cost
- This is a great option for large birthday parties and group events!
- Our scheduling only provides a grace period of 10-15 minutes to enter the facility before your start time.
Facility Status and Time
- Public status means the event is held during our public skating hours
- Private parties are outside of public skating hours. No other groups are using the facility and your party gets use of the general snack bar area; (For private parties only, additional time may be available at an additional cost.)
Participants versus Non-participants
- Participants are typically the children skaters; for the Public options and the Exclusive options, participants receive skating and gameplay and any other added attractions.
- Non-participants are typically non-skaters (parents; relatives - generally anyone spectating only); Non-participants are not charged to spectate
Outside Food Policy
If you book a Public Birthday Party option, then you may bring in birthday dessert; cake, cupcakes, etc. to be served in the party area. NO OTHER FOOD AND NO BEVERAGES MAY BE BROUGHT IN. Upon check-in, our staff will store these food items until time for the 1-hour party area rental.
For Exclusive birthday options
You would provide the cake. If you'd like to bring additional food/drink, to accompany the pizza that we provide, you are welcome to do so!
***Cake
- Rollerland does not provide cake for any of our party packages
- You must book a party packet to be allowed to bring a cake
- During open/public skating hours, outside food is not allowed in the open snack bar or public areas of our facility. So, public party groups must keep the cake in the party area that is reserved for the middle hour
*general snack bar area - the general snack bar area is the seating area with tables in our snack bar that, during open skating, is used by the public
